• Captain registration opens on Monday, July 13, 2026
• Team Participant registration opens on Wednesday, July 15, 2026
• Team status (minimum number of 4 participants registered) must be met by Friday, August 7, 2026
• Registration closes on Friday, August 14, 2026

• Capacity: 20 teams, four (4) to six (6) players per team, and 20 free agents
• Early bird pricing: N/A
• Regular registration rate: $20
• Registration fee includes one (1) tournament-branded bandana, and access to all social events. That means if you register for a sport tournament, you do not need to purchase a separate events pass.
  • Please note: T-shirts are not provided for Field Day participants. Teams will be identified using branded bandanas.

• Friday, October 23: 11 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
  • Team Check-In: 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m.
  • Field Day Rules & Schedule Review: 12:00 p.m. to 12:15 p.m.
  • Field Day Games begin at 12:30 p.m.

• Teams will compete in a variety of traditional field day games. A tentative list of games that will be played are:
  • Spoon/Egg Relay
  • Water Balloon Toss
  • Balloon caterpillar relay
  • Animal Catapult
  • Suzanne (Simon) Says
  • Bucket Relay
  • Noodle Ball Relay
  • Gauntlet Relay
  • Chopsticks Treasure Hunt
  • Hula Hoop Relay
• The list of games may be adjusted between registration and the event based on registration numbers. A final list of games, rules, and point structure will be provided to registered players by Friday, September 25, 2026.
• Points will be awarded based on placement in each of the Field Day Games. The team with the most points at the conclusion of the Field Day Games will be declared the winner.
• If there is a tie, human Rock-Paper-Scissors will be played until a championship team is decided.

Rules will be given before the start of each field day game. Each relay & game will utilize 4 people. If your team is larger than 4 people, then folks can sit out. However, players must rotate equally through to play/sit an equal amount per teammate. Points will be awarded to the first, second, and third place finisher for each game played. At the end of the field day, the team with the most amount of points will be named our Field Day Champion!
