Events

We can’t wait for you to join us for a weekend packed with competition, community, and celebrations during the 11th Annual National Tournament in Columbus. Our nightly events and activities are a big part of the tournament experience, and we’ll be sharing more information about event venues and themes soon.
Access to all tournament social events is included in registration for all captains and players who participate in our single-day (Friday) and two-day (Saturday and Sunday) tournaments.
If you are not a registered captain or player, you may purchase an events pass for $40 to participate in tournament social events throughout the weekend.
Events passes include access to affinity mixers Friday evening, the Stonewall Pageant Friday night, the Saturday night party, and the Sunday awards ceremony. Access may also include additional events or activities provided by our sponsors or partners.
All registered captains, players and event pass holders will receive a wristband. Venues or sponsors will check wristbands for entrance to events or to validate promotional discounts. A wristband is also required for entrance to sports tournaments in indoor spaces, which are otherwise closed to the public.
Capacity
Space may be limited by capacity at some event venues. Registration does not guarantee admittance to events; captains, players, and event pass holders are encouraged to arrive at tournament-sponsored events early or on time.
ID Requirements
Admittance to all tournament events will be monitored by security and staff. Failure to provide adequate identification at event venues will result in non-admittance. Please wear your tournament-issued wristband, and remember to bring a valid, unexpired form of identification.
Ohio state law limits valid identification to:
- A driver’s or commercial driver’s license.
- A military identification card issued by the United States Department of Defense.
- A United States or foreign passport that displays a picture of the individual for whom the license, card, or passport was issued.
Please note: Establishments have the right to adhere to stricter guidelines of acceptable forms of identification, and many do.
