Registration

  • Capacity: one hundred (100) players.
  • What’s included: T-shirt, access to all social events.
  • Player registration opens: Monday, April 15
    • Fee increases from $95 (Early Bird) to $105 (Normal) on Monday, April 29. 
  • Registration closes: Friday, May 17. 

Tournament Schedule

  • Practice time: tentatively starts at 9 a.m. both days.
  • Day 1 (Saturday, July 20): from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Round robin play and the first round of the winners’ bracket. 
  • Day 2 (Sunday, July 21): from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.. Winners’ and losers’ brackets. 

Tournament Format 

  • Singles, double elimination.
  • There is no coaching.
  • Minimum number of games: eight.
  • Round robin: each player plays five games with randomly selected opponents. Players are then sorted into groups by number of wins. For each group, a random draw will then determine each player’s ranking within the group, resulting in a seed in the playoff bracket. 
  • Winners’ bracket: “race to two” - win two of three games. The loser joins the Losers’ bracket.
  • Losers’ bracket: “one and done” - win to continue advancing in the bracket.

If you attempt to register and your sport has hit individual capacity, please contact the sport managers listed below and ask to be added to a waitlist. In the event we have ample notice that a registered player cannot attend the tournament, sport managers will contact individuals on the waitlist to ask if they're still interested in participating in the sport.

Please note: All information including but not limited to tournament structure and rule books is subject to change at the discretion of the tournament's leadership. Captains will be expected to be the primary points of contact for their players. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the managers for your individual sports. Player conduct and game integrity is a core component of providing a positive experience for all. Tournament leadership will have the express right to remove or ban a player without refund for violations of our player conduct policy.
