Registration

  • Capacity: 72 teams, with 24 teams in each of the three divisions (recreational/beginners, intermediate and competitive)
  • What’s included: T-shirt, access to all social events
  • Captain registration opens: Monday, April 15
  • Player registration opens: Thursday, April 18
    • Fee increases from $95 (Early Bird) to $105 (Normal) on Monday, April 29. 
  • Team status deadline (minimum number of players must be registered): Monday, May 13.
  • Registration closes: Friday, May 17.
  • Team composition: Two to four players. If more than two, each player should play at least one match per game. Games are played as doubles.

Tournament Schedule

  • 2024 Pickleball Tournament Schedule
  • Please show up at least 30 minutes before your game time. To keep pace with the schedule, teams may be asked to play earlier if other teams finish their match early. 
  • Day 1 (Saturday, July 20): 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; round robin qualifier tournament. 
  • Day 2 (Sunday, July 21)
    • Double elimination tournament: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
    • Single elimination tournament: 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

Tournament Format 

  • Teams, single- and double-elimination
  • Games are self-officiating. 
  • Coin toss or paper, rock, scissors will determine who serves first.
  • Games are best out of three matches. Each match is to 15 points, and each win must be by at least two points. 
  • If teams are in their third set with 10 minutes left in the round, and it doesn’t look like teams can finish within the 10 minutes, rally scoring will be used to help determine the winner.
  • Minimum number of games: Four round robin games guaranteed, plus an elimination tournament.
  • Round robin qualifier tournament: Determines which teams will enter the double elimination tournament, and which will enter the single elimination tournament.  
  • Double elimination tournament: Played with 12 qualified teams from day 1.

Single elimination tournament: Played with the other 12 teams from day 1.

Captains: If you attempt to register and your sport has hit team capacity, please contact the sport managers listed below and ask to be added to a waitlist. In the event registered teams do not meet team status, they may consolidate or forfeit their spot in the tournament, and sport managers will reach out to those on the waitlist to ask if they're still interested in and able to field a team.

Captains will be expected to be the primary points of contact for their players. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the managers for your individual sports. Player conduct and game integrity is a core component of providing a positive experience for all. Tournament leadership will have the express right to remove or ban a player without refund for violations of our player conduct policy.
