Registration

  • Capacity: 50 players
  • What’s included: T-shirt, access to all social events
  • Captain registration opens: Monday, April 15
  • Player registration opens: Thursday, April 18
    • Fee increases from $95 (Early Bird) to $105 (Normal) on Monday, April 29. 
  • Registration closes: Friday, May 17
  • Team composition: Singles and doubles

Tournament Schedule

  • Players will have matches at any time during the two days. Match times will be announced prior to each day of the tournament.
  • Day 1 (Saturday, July 20): 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; tournament.
  • Day 2 (Sunday, July 21): 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.; tournament.

Tournament Format 

  • Singles: Double elimination with consolation draw.
  • Doubles: Single elimination; tentative, consolation draw depends on number of registrations.
  • Default time is 15 minutes, and warm-up time is limited to five minutes.
  • Officiating: Matches are self-officiated. Each player is responsible for their own scores and line officiating. If at any time there is a disagreement during a match, players are to resolve it between each other, or they may ask one of the managers for help and guidance. 
  • Minimum number of Matches: 2 matches are guaranteed.  
  • Main draw match: Best-two-of-three sets, with a 10-point super tie break in place of the third set. 
  • Consolation match: Eight-game pro set. The consolation finals will be in the same format as the main draw matches.

If you attempt to register and your sport has hit individual capacity, please contact the sport managers listed below and ask to be added to a waitlist. In the event we have ample notice that a registered player cannot attend the tournament, sport managers will contact individuals on the waitlist to ask if they're still interested in participating in the sport.

Captains will be expected to be the primary points of contact for their players. If you have questions or concerns, please contact the managers for your individual sports. Player conduct and game integrity is a core component of providing a positive experience for all. Tournament leadership will have the express right to remove or ban a player without refund for violations of our player conduct policy.
