We are thrilled to invite you to our inaugural Stonewall Sports Leaders Summit in Houston, TX from March 28-30, 2025. Announced at our Leadership Dinner this past July, this weekend will be dedicated to community, leadership, and passion.

So what is the Leaders Summit? The summit will be your opportunity to connect with your fellow leaders and undergo professional development for your role within Stonewall and beyond. Including community building, fundraising, operations, DEI, strategic communications, branding, and more, we have some incredible sessions in the works for you.

We will spend the weekend at The Whitehall Houston, along with some exciting events around the city.

Now, it is our intent that all expenses for the weekend will be covered by both SSI and individual chapters, so that no leaders go to any personal expense. Each chapter will have two rooms paid for by SSI, with the opportunity for chapters to add more rooms as they see fit. This means that you can bring as many of your leaders as you wish—whether that is one person to a room, or four. In particular, we would highly encourage commissioners, treasurers, DEI directors, communications directors, and partnership and fundraising focused positions to attend.

Additionally, we are placing the expectation on chapters to cover flights and/or transportation accommodations as well as extraneous meal expenses, for what will not already be offered throughout the summit.
